CMA is a Prime, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contractor under the U.S. Navy's SEAPORT Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC).

SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management.  The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps compete their service requirements amongst 2400+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders. 

The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members.  All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform.  Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.

CMA SeaPort-e Quality Assurance Program

CMA is committed to providing outstanding Program Management and Technical support for all products and services under SeaPort-e.  CMA will ensure Quality Assurance is highlighted on a daily basis from inception through completion of all Task Orders.  The CMA Quality Assurance approach includes: 

  • Developing a Quality Control Management Plan specific to a given Task Order
  • Coordinating with Government stakeholders to establish quality objectives
  • Establishing and monitoring quality metrics for project objectives
  • Establishing quality management processes
  • Monitoring and Assessing performance
  • Providing Periodic feedback to Government stakeholders
  • Coordinating, implementing, assessing, and evaluating quality of other contractor team members
  • Conducting periodic Quality Management Reviews 

Our quality processes combine the capabilities of our corporate management, support services organization, designated line supervisors and coordinators, line employees, and our contracting team partners.  We will ensure all task order products and service deliverables are on time, within budget, and within the overall scope of the respective task order.  Every employee within our organization and our contracting team partners will work to achieve task order requirements at the highest program and technical standards.

CMA has developed Quality Assurance (QA) plans and processes across the Federal spectrum.  We develop detailed work plans to ensure quality support of each task order.  Our approach includes planning, product or process development, delivery, and assessment of each product or service provided.  We will consistently work to ensure we are focused on process improvement.
