career consulting industry started in 1947 with the return
of soldiers, sailors, and airmen from World War II. These
returning heroes needed effective tools to help them transition
into an economy which had changed during their absence.
Since the days following World War II, our country has experienced
numerous economic changes requiring professionals to effectively
adapt to those changes. Career Management Associates was
born out of the need relating to our ever-changing economic
environment. From the beginning, “It’s about
helping people” has been our simple statement
